Ross is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over thirty years of leadership experience in healthcare, technology, and professional services. He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of CareReview, Inc., and Stradix Technologies, Inc., organizations he founded in 2011 to promote innovation, operational excellence, and client-centered solutions.

In 1995, he co-founded Churchill Evaluation Centers (Churchill Medical, Inc.). Under his leadership, the company became a respected provider of evaluation and medical review services, known for its integrity, accuracy, and dedication to quality.

Throughout his career, Ross has demonstrated a proven ability to launch, scale, and sustain enterprises that address complex industry challenges. His leadership is defined by strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a focus on creating long-term value.

He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics.

Jodi brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and independent review services to her role as Chief Operating Officer at CareReview, Inc. Her unique career path—from frontline emergency care to executive leadership—has shaped her as a dynamic, solutions-driven leader in the field. She is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and implementing systems that support compliance, innovation, and client-focused results. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, transparency, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement—a philosophy that has helped drive significant growth and transformation over the years.

Jodi began her professional journey as a paramedic and registered nurse in emergency medicine before transitioning into the world of medical review. She quickly moved through a series of leadership roles over the years. She is known for building strong, collaborative teams and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.

Today, as COO of CareReview, Jodi oversees the company’s operational strategy, ensuring high standards of clinical integrity, process efficiency, and client satisfaction. She leverages her extensive clinical knowledge and operational expertise to drive innovation and quality across all levels of service delivery. Her hands-on experience and clear-eyed leadership are instrumental in helping CareReview navigate the evolving landscape of compliance-driven healthcare solutions that help deliver individualized care.

Jeff is the Chief Solutions Officer at CareReview, a leading clinical services organization specializing in some of the most complex and rapidly evolving areas of healthcare. Under Jeff’s leadership, CareReview delivers a comprehensive suite of medical and pharmacy solutions tailored to health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), workers’ compensation, and disability carriers.

A seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience, Jeff has driven partnership development at the intersection of behavioral health, specialty care, PBM, digital health, and utilization management innovation. Known as a strategic connector and results-driven growth leader, he has consistently forged high-impact partnerships with payers and employers, championed value-based care models, and maintained a relentless focus on improving healthcare outcomes.

Jeff previously held senior leadership roles at Magellan Healthcare, a leading behavioral health and specialty benefit organization focusing on the ever evolving delivery of healthcare services providing value and outcomes to its partners, Evolent Health, a specialty benefit management company leveraging its broad suite of solutions to deliver a more seamless continuum of care for providers and members, Medical Review Institute of America (MRIoA), a leader in the independent review market supporting Health Plan, PBM and Workers Compensation partners with flexible clinical solutions helping to drive appropriate care and outcomes. Known for his consultative approach, Jeff excels in navigating complex organizations, engaging executive leaders, and aligning innovative solutions with the evolving needs of healthcare stakeholders. His mission is rooted in delivering quality healthcare—empowering organizations through trusted partnerships, flexible services, and market-aligned strategies, helping to deliver appropriate care at an individual level.

Janna is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in healthcare services. As CFO at CareReview, Inc., she leads all accounting operations. Previously, she served as CFO at Churchill Evaluation Centers, where she guided financial operations and organizational growth. Known for her collaborative leadership, Janna ensures strong financial stewardship that benefits both clients and the organization.

Elizabeth brings over two decades of experience driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership across healthcare and publishing industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at CareReview, Inc., Elizabeth leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing performance and enhancing client-focused results.

Prior to joining CareReview, Elizabeth spent more than a decade at MCMC Services, LLC, where she held progressive leadership roles in Pharmacy & Health Review. Her tenure included managing complex clinical review processes, leading high-performing teams, and fostering strong client relationships. Her ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes was instrumental in advancing organizational goals and improving healthcare review standards.

Elizabeth began her career in financial analysis and management at Houghton Mifflin Company, where she supported global supply chain operations and corporate fulfillment. Her analytical rigor and financial acumen laid the foundation for her transition into operational leadership.

Known for her collaborative style, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to continuous improvement, Elizabeth brings a unique blend of financial insight and healthcare expertise to every challenge she tackles.

Susan is a healthcare and life sciences leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning biotechnology, clinical nursing, and clinical review services. As Senior Vice President at CareReview, she oversees operations with a clear focus on delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality Clinical Review and IME services that clients can depend on.

Susan’s background uniquely positions her to support CareReview’s mission. She has held progressive leadership roles in clinical review, where she strengthened client partnerships, streamlined team operations, and ensured consistency and excellence in service delivery. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Registered Nurse in acute adult care and as a Molecular Biologist, where she led award-winning research on diseases such as osteoporosis, asthma, and muscular dystrophy—experience that enriches her ability to bridge clinical insight with scientific expertise.

She holds a BS in Biology from SUNY Binghamton and completed the Direct Entry Nursing Program at Simmons College. A licensed RN, Susan is valued for her critical thinking and collaborative approach to transforming complex challenges into solutions that genuinely support the company’s and clients’ goals.
